Would RecommendI am a continued user of Werner ladders, and love the s cure feeling as I am climbing. When my son moved out and needed to borrow mine, I decided to get him his own for Christmas. The price was good and they delivered it to my door!

No Delivery - Very unsatisfied customer.
Would Not RecommendI ordered this step ladder and wood for a total purchase of $787.52. The products were delivered but not to my address. I never received my products from Lowe's. I called customer service and the branch manager. They never resolved my problem. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and, after more than a month they have come back to me and stated that my dispute was rejected. I never intend using Lowe's again.

Would RecommendStability! After falling from our 6 ft. aluminum ladder and sustaining a significant injury, I needed a ladder that I felt secure standing on. I visited Lowe’s and took down three 6 ft. ladders in this price range , $109. I stood on each, moved them to determine which had the least rocking and creeping motion, this one felt the most stable. Buy it!
