Would RecommendThese ladders are nice. I've been using them in an industrial environment for years. None have broken yet. They feel sturdy. I have the 6 and 8 foot. I waited for them both to go on sale and bought them a couple months apart. $110 for the 6 foot, down from $140 and $150 for the 8 foot, down from $200.

I purchased this item online from Lowe’s expecting a brand new product, but it arrived in what looks like used condition. There are noticeable scratches and marks on the ladder, which clearly show prior use. This is very disappointing and not acceptable for something sold as new. The packaging also did not properly protect the item. I expected much better quality and service from Lowe’s. I do not recommend buying this item online unless you can check it in person first.
