Nice Ladder/ Easy to Operate/ Stable for Use

I needed this ladder to reach '12-'13 up so I could repair a master bath skylight opening. In the step ladder position I found the unit to be very sturdy and well constructed. The unit is also very easy to setup and operate. A very useful ladder to have around the home for multiple purposes. Look for sales and on-line coupons and you can get this ladder at a very reasonable cost.

Versatile Ladder for Home Owners

The Werner MT-22 ladder is a must have for any homeowner. I have owned this ladder for a couple of months now and it has been an invaluable asset. From putting items up on a plant ledge for my wife to accessing the attic to inspect the HVAC unit... I have found many uses for this ladder. I am a big guy (6ft+, 275+ lbs)... this ladder is sturdy and I never feel uncomfortable going up and down. The way the bottom flares helps with the overall stability as well as a quality made product in general....

Best Ladder for Homeowners

This ladder replaced rickety 6' and 8' stepladders. Now I have more room in the garage and a ladder that does much more than the other two. Saw it on sale at HD, but we prefer to shop at Lowes. Talked to the manager and showed her the price online. Not only did she match the price, but gave me an additional 10% off! That's the way to build and sustain customer loyalty!

Very Heavy

It is very adaptable to all levels of terrain and stairs. It is very well made and sturdy but I was surprised at how heavy the ladder was as it takes two people to move it easily.

False Advertisement

The ladder itself is great, easy to use, and simplifies many projects. However it is not a 22' ladder. Under the specifications it even has it listed as an actual 22' ladder length. The length itself is several feet short of that and only has a 22' ladder reach when a person is at the very top.

Super buy.

First of all it's easier to use than an extension ladder and achieves the same goal. The ladder is very easy to use, even by myself. It is sturdy and secure. It stores a lot easier than an extension ladder. I really do like this ladder.

Fair and balanced

I've read reviews that lowered their rating because this ladder is heavy. Yes, it is on the heavy size, but when I climb a ladder I want it to be study. This ladder is sturdy. It's ability to fold to make it easier to transport and configure makes it very versatile. Versatility, stability, and security at the cost of a little extra weight is well worth it to me and should be to anyone putting their life in the hands of a ladder.

Great Ladder

Our home has to be elevated due to it being waterfront. The access stairs in both the street side and lake side have landings that change the direction of the stairs 90 degrees. 22 Foot Aluminum Multi-position Ladder

I purchased this to replace a 10 foot step ladder that was lost in a recent move. I needed a ladder that could reach 13 foot high ceilings as a step ladder and get me up to the roof of my one story adobe home as an extension ladder. Heavy duty ladder that is really heavy.

This ladder is built very sturdy, and for someone that hates heights, I feel very safe on it. That being said, it's very, very heavy. I love how you can just push or pull out on the blue knobs to adjust the ladder to different heights, or place it in a step ladder position, but you may want to hit the gym before you start lugging it around.

I should have read all of the reviews/product info before buying. This ladder will not reach 22 feet.

This is an excellent ladder for multiple uses. The only reason I did not give it a five is the weight. Changing the ladder positions alone can be a little difficult. Other than that it works great and is very stable.
