Would RecommendVery happy and satisfied with this ladder. It is stable, especially when I am transitioning from and to the roof. It was easy for me to figure out how to extend the ladder and to use the multi-position feature. When the ladder is in the fold up position, it takes minimal amount of space. My only critique is that the steps are a little narrow in width.

Would RecommendHaving owned this ladder four months, I can safely say it is worth the money. It is heavy due to its strong construction. It is fiddly to open, extend, retract and close, but that is due to its durable design.

Would Not RecommendThis thing is a piece of junk. Spent quite a bit on this ladder. used it once now one of the locking mechanism is stuck in a locked position. I have tried everything to unlock it and as a result broke the plastic pieces on the end. I will never buy another product from this company.
