Would RecommendLadder is very versatile as a step ladder, straight ladder and multi level ladder. The major drawback I feel is that you sacrifice comfort for multi purpose, the ladder is heavy to carry. For myself I use a 6ft step ladder most of the time and probably should have bought a fiberglass step ladder.

Would RecommendWe got a great deal for thanksgiving and decided to give it a try and we are very happy with it. It feels strong and the flexibility to adapt to different sizes its a total plus! Specially when storing it, it can reduce its size to about 4 ft. or something like that.

Would RecommendI have used this ladder once since buying and am very impressed. It is a little heavier than a normal telescoping aluminum ladder, but the versatility is amazing. It is comparable to the Little Giant Ladder but at a much better price. It is a step ladder or extension ladder. Works well on uneven surfaces like stairs or hills. I would highly recommend.

Not a 17 ft ladder!
Would RecommendIt's no a bad ladder but it's not 17 ft either as you might be led to believe unless you read the detailed description. I bought this on sale hoping to get just a few more feet than my 13 ft extension ladder but just got about another foot of usable ladder. Also, the middle hinge joint is a little more loose than I would like when used as an extension ladder. Knowing these things it's still not a bad ladder for the sale price ($79). Don't believe I would pay full price.
