Would RecommendI just bought my first home. It is 9 years old and needs some work. The ladder has helped. I've used it on the stairs to patch holes and was not worried about it tipping. Our living room has a 19 foot ceiling. I used the ladder fully extended to hang pictures 12 feet up. It is easy to move around and folds for storage.

Would RecommendI'm a big guy so I needed to find a ladder with a large weight capacity. I shopped around and it was hard to find a 300 lb capacity for a decent price. Would RecommendI too noticed that the ladder is only 10.5 feet when fully extended. It's just tall enough for me to clean my gutters...and definitely not tall enough for me to get up on top of my house...unfortunately. One of the reasons that I bought this ladder was the locking system, which resembled the "Little Giant" models as seen on TV. Would RecommendI have high ceilings in my house and some of the fixtures require a ladder to reach them. I'm not a professional so was a little unclear about the measurements for all the different ladders. Luckily, the extension ladder gives me the height (10 feet) I need, and it is sturdy. Great Ladder, but kills your feet
Would Not RecommendThis is a nice versatile ladder, but do not plan on using it for any length of time. The steps are the most uncomfortable I have ever stood on. I was painting my living room and worked on it for about 14 hours. My feet were so sore from the lack of step support that I could barely walk for three days. It is not the normal size of a step, it's more like standing on a inch wide rod. It's too bad because it is a great ladder as far as different uses.

Would RecommendThese are great portable little ladders that are very sturdy and easy to pack around. For those complaining about the height the measurement on the ladder is an industry standard it is not fine print. The height of the ladder is assumed with someone 5'6" tall with a 12" reach above the head they have been this way for as long as I can remember.

Would RecommendI have been wanting a multi telescoping ladder for a while. Once I found out it was on sale for $79.99 plus I was e-mialed a $10.00 coupon from Lowe's as I am a subscriber to their web site and e-mails, for $69.99 plus tax I could not pass it by. This ladder is SO EASY TO USE, it's unreal. Definently a great buy and works like a charm.

Read The Fine Print
Would RecommendIf you're looking for a 13 foot ladder, as is advertised, read the fine print. The ladder is 10 ft. 6 in. It enables you to have a 13 ft. "reach." It is not a 13 ft. ladder. Be sure to buy the right one. I now need the next longest ladder and have to return this one.

Would Not RecommendI bought this ladder because it is advertised as 13' which will reach any part of my house that I want to paint. Actually it is only 10' 5" extended. The manufacturer say 13' if I can reach that high.
