As a woman, I have no problem moving around this ladder. It's lightweight, sturdy and easy to move around. I especially appreciate the holes and trays built into the top to hold nails, tools and paint cans.

Good ladder

It's a ladder, it does that job well. I bought it for my brother as a house warming gift and it has gotten a lot of use already.

Great ladder, great price

I lacks a stand for a paint tray, but it's great ladder for a great price for light duty household chores. It's also well braced which makes it much sturdier than my wood ladder which started getting loose and wobbly.

Cheap ladder

It must be defective, but the store is out and no more on order, so I'm stuck. It only stands on 3 legs (it's racked out). The lockouts stick, and if not careful, very likely to pinch fingers. I am VERY unhappy, but there is no alternative.

Great price for a quality product

Great asset to own served very well for the few projects I have needed it for. The ladder does have an add on assessory that it didn't come with nor have I seen it in your stores this is the biggest disappointment.

Great light duty ladder

Bought 2 for around the house. They are only rated for 220 lbs so they are more for light duty homeowner projects like painting etc but are very sturdy and well built. I've used and own some of the more heavy duty ladders from Werner ( 8' & 10' ) and this is just as well built and at $39 a real good deal

Almost perfect purchase

Bought during a great sale for $39. Went with the pick up at store option which was smooth however once I arrived home I noticed that the bottom support bar, opposite the bottom step, had a slight bend. Ultimately I didn't think it was worth the effort to return the product but probably was noticeable enough to have been caught by the employee who pulled it. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

6' Type II Fiberglass Step

Great ladder . . .great price .. .light weight but very solid and sturdy . .. I only weight 150 pounds so it works great for me . . .suspect it will handle more than 225 pounds, but assume there is a safety factor built into that number. Unqualified recommendation.

Great Value

I purchased one for my son when he bought a house and neede a ladder for painting. After helping him paint with the ladder, I got one for myself. Price was great due to a sale on Werner ladders.

Again, Good For The Money

Bought on sale. This is the ladder I orginally went to buy. Very good for use around the house. As a former contractor(Asbestos Abatement) we used this same type. Usually because ladders tend to disappear around the jobsite and this one did the job and if stolen not too much of a loss($). Because of the sale price I also bought a 8" one at the same time. Good Deal.

Good for around the house

I bought this ladder because I needed twice the height I was getting from my heavy old wooden 3' ladder. However, I had to use this taller ladder outside. Being lighter, it also was less stable. It got a bit wobbly. I used it to reach some tall limbs I needed to trim. I think if you need it for a lot of outdoor work, it may lack enough stability. But indoors, it is great.

Why not?

Why are paint trays/tool holders not placed on fiberglass ladders. The mounded shelf on top is useless. A paint bucket there is too high to be reached.

6 ft Werner Fiberglass step ladder

So far, so good. Purchased for my mother-in-law. Pretty sturdy and allows her to reach in those high places to change light bulbs!
