Would RecommendHoped for a better selection of 4 ft ladders but this was all that Lowe’s had. Didn’t want to pay as much as I did but it seems to be a quality product.

Would RecommendA six foot ladder was needed for various repairs, cleaning of ceiling fans, replacing light bulbs, etc., in our new home. Six feet is a good height. This ladder is not that heavy to move around the house. The females in the house can move it without much effort. As long as you a) have it on a solid flat surface and b) do not stand on the uppermost steps (without help), it is sturdy enough for most home use. 4 ft step ladder
Would RecommendI am an appraiser. Have used several types of ladders over the years. Telescoping ladders are way too heavy and you have to be careful not to get your hands and fingers in the way when retracting. This one is lightweight, sturdy, can take the weather as I keep it in the back of the truck. I use it to reach drop stair attic access cords that are too short or in cases where I have to access a scuttle to view an attic.
