Worst Delivery Service Experience - Delay
Purchased delivery service for a large ladder. Arrived two hours outside the original time period 12:30 to 4:30. I did not receive any notification via email of delays. I called the number for delivery support. I had to wait thru a serious of unanswered dial tones until the call was sent to customer service.
