What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the ladder for exceptional stability, sturdy fiberglass construction, and smooth extension. Most highlight its solid feel even when fully extended and note it eliminates the twisty-bendy sensation of aluminum alternatives, comparing it favorably to professional-grade tools. Many appreciate the heavy-duty build and reliable performance. Some mention the weight requires two people to move, though several note it remains manageable for one person. A few report the advertised reach falls short, maxing at 21 feet rather than 23 feet, and some note minor issues with footing mechanisms. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend it as excellent value and a worthwhile safety investment.

Good Ladder, Just Remember the Rope
Good product overall. The rope mechanism makes it easy to adjust the ladder’s length; however, it is important to remember that the rope runs through the middle. When I stepped onto a rung and felt resistance from the rope, I became momentarily anxious, especially since I was already fairly high up. This was entirely due to forgetting about the rope’s placement, not a flaw in the product.

Going in the trash after a few uses
Would Not RecommendBought this in October for an exterior project, then stored it indoors until the following spring. At the time I had some difficulty keeping it square against the house, but assumed it was just due to the uneven ground. Once I started working from a level deck, I noticed that that it was impossible to keep both ends of the ladder firmly planted against something. Best I could do was a wobbly three points of contact. Did it come from the store twisted? Did it develop sitting in a shed? I do...
