What Customers Are Saying
This ladder is described as high-quality, sturdy, and stable, even at great heights. Customers praised its solid construction and felt safe using it for heavy-duty tasks. The ladder is noted as heavy-duty and well-built, with a weight capacity of 300 lbs. However, some found the weight and size difficult for a single person to maneuver, especially when fully extended. Overall, this appears to be a reliable and versatile ladder suitable for a variety of home and professional uses, though its substantial size and weight may be a consideration.

Delivery Review
Would RecommendI made a terrible mistake when filling out my delivery experience via text. Unfortunately, my phone only showed my options as 1-7, instead of 1-10. My recent delivery experience was all 10s! The delivery people did an excellent job!!! Please disregard the survey I completed via text. Thanks.
