Would RecommendThis is a fantastic ladder that delivers as promised. I would select a different one if I were to do it again. It is pretty heavy and the rope that raises and lowers the extension is in the center of the rungs. Live and learn. This one is heavy duty and looks like it’s built to last.

Excellent ladder
Would RecommendThis is the second time I've purchased this ladder. After my first purchase I used it for 4 years and moved to a condominium, so I gave it to my son-in-law. When we bought our house I went back and purchased the same ladder again because of my satisfaction with it. It extends easily it's not too heavy and easy enough for one sixty year old man to maneuver by himself. Thank you Lowes for carring it.

Rock solid - but too heavy for my needs
Would RecommendI learned a long time ago to err on the side of buying contractor grade tools & avoid entry-level homeowner grade at all costs. So when it was time to replace a dodgy old aluminum ladder I gave this a shot. Lesson learned. It's rock solid to be sure. But for the typical work on eaves & gutters like cleaning leaves & hanging Xmas lights, it's way too much of a beast for me (and I'm a reasonably fit 48). So back to aluminum I'll go. I'd definitely recommend this ladder for tradesmen, but for DIYer...

Buyers Beware
Would Not RecommendThis ladder failed and sent my mother to the hospital. Werner is blaming her not their defective product. It was 2 weeks old and my mother weighs less than half the weight limit. If you care about a company standing behind their product or your own safety DO NOT but this!
Ladder Feet need improvements
Would RecommendAfter extensive usage and i being at a comfortable 238lb weight dry... i can say the foot pegs need improvement. i would recommend the manufacturer install the ability to lock them in place. Otherwise the ladder is lightweight and very sturdy at its 85% extended status.
