Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
This ladder is described as highly sturdy and stable, able to safely support heavy loads even at great heights. Customers praised its solid construction and secure, stable feel. However, the main drawback is the ladder's significant weight, which can make it difficult for a single person to maneuver and set up, requiring two people. While the weight is a tradeoff for the ladder's durability and stability, those who need a tall, reliable ladder and have assistance available seem very satisfied with this product.

Ladder is well built. A little heavy to handle, but is to be expected.

Solid and stable platform!
Would RecommendThis is a solid and stable ladder. I used to go with budget ladders until I had one break and I took a serious fall. I feel confident and safe on this ladder especially with the optional attachments. I bought it all and would do it again.

Quality Product
Would RecommendGood ladder as are all Werner ladders. They finally got wise and got rid of the polypropylene rope and went to a double braided nylon.

Great extension ladder
Would RecommendI bought this extension ladder online. After getting the email saying it was ready for pickup, I drive to store and it was waiting for me near the front door. Great experience buying online at Lowes.com.

Jumped the track - HORRIBLE PURCHASE
Would Not RecommendI used this ladder 2 times and on the second use, the ladder jumped the 2 steel guides. After talking to Werner customer service they said it cannot be fixed and is now completely useless. Do NOT purchase this item - $289 for 2 uses is not a good value. As you can see from other comments this is not an isolated experience. Took this back to my Lowes store and they could not help. Very frustrated all around.

Great ladder!
Would RecommendI bought this ladder to paint my house and put up decorations. It is really sturdy and is easy to use with one person. I’m about halfway done with my house and this ladder has made the job a lot easier.

Tuff ladder
Would RecommendGood ladder built well but a tad on the heavy side for one individual maneuver. Support weight well and stable when used. Only downside is the weight.
