What Customers Are Saying
The ladder is praised for its quality, sturdiness, and lightweight design that makes it easy to maneuver. Many customers highlight its ability to reach high areas and the 250-lb weight capacity. However, some experienced issues with the condition upon arrival, the rope pulley, and difficulties extending and lowering the ladder. While the ladder is considered heavy and may require two people to set up, the overall consensus is that it is a reliable and well-designed product.

Would RecommendVery good
Good ladder
Would RecommendNice ladder. I like that it doesn't need bumper covers for top because of the integral rubber bumper.

Great ladder so far but the suggested “better together “ end cap protective covers do not fit the 1300-2 ladder series. It literally says so in their description. They are not too expensive but I unnecessarily wasted money heeding this recommendation.
Quality ladder
Would RecommendLight weight, sturdy, east to raise/lower.
