24' Type 1 Extension Ladder
This Type 1 ladder is sturdy, yet still light enough for maneuverability at this length. The pull rope is looped around the bottom rung then returns to the telescoping section and fastens via a clip to eliminate a tail/keep it out of the way during operation. I'm happy with the Class 1 vs Class 2 selection.

Would RecommendI needed a 24 foot ladder and this one was on sale. It has a weight limit of 250 pounds but I’m sure it’ll hold a bit more. You really need two people to move it when it’s extended but that’s not the ladders fault. I did purchase a Werner stabilizer from another store and now it feels extremely stable.
