The safety features, such as rubber feet and stable construction, provide confidence when using the ladder. Not new! labels are coming off and oxidation!
Would Not RecommendThe ladder has oxidation looks like it was stored outside for an extended period of time. Some of the labels are coming off. This is supposed to be brand new..

Different pul rope
The store service was great, I feel the Ladder is good quality. The only issue I have is the rope to extend a lower the ladder ( sucks ) it’s to smooth to get a good grip on and it has little slack, that makes it’s to tight to rapp your hand around to pull it up !

Nice ladder to have
Would RecommendProduct is as expected, light when compared with little giant type ladders, reassuring to stand on. Rubber feet protects siding from damage.

Works well, but in subpar condition
Would RecommendWorks great, but ladder arrived scuffed, scratched, and with bird poop on it. Not sure if this ladder was stored poorly or resold after being returned. Was able to do the job without issue, but slight disappointment for a new purchase.
