Can the rope be replaced?
Would RecommendI love my ladder and had several years of use. The last time I was going to use it, the rope broke as I started to pull it. I suppose it was from sun damage. What size of rope should I get to replace it? Do you sell replacement ropes? Do you have directions for replacing the rope through the pulley system? Is it possible to replace the rope or do I have to buy a new ladder? I tried buying a rope and it didn't fit the pulley.

Would Not RecommendThe ladder is reasonably light and easy to handle. The length is short enough to not need a rope to move the extensions. The feet are secure and offer a little bit of leveling when you are on an uneven surface if you flip one up and leave one flat. The top section does have decent padding and traction to offer stability and security when leaning against a house. Great ladder, great price
Would RecommendSturdy and light. One side of my house has concrete and the rubber feet were very secure. The other side has a grassy slope and the anchors dug in and felt really solid. Doesn't wobble like I remember other extension ladders. I got the 16 ft so it easily fits in my shed when not needed.
