What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this ladder for its lightweight design combined with sturdy, stable construction—ideal for home use and occasional DIY projects. Most highlight how easy it is to carry, raise, and maneuver compared to heavier alternatives, reducing fatigue during tasks like gutter cleaning. Reviewers consistently commend its reliability and feel safe using it for typical household work. Many appreciate the practical balance between a step ladder and heavy-duty extension model, particularly for two-story homes. A few note the actual reach falls slightly short of labeled length, but overall customers consider it excellent value.

A pull rope should have been added instead of having to use your hands to extend the ladder

light yet strong; well put together (mostly)

The weight makes it easy for one person to handle this ladder. Plus, it's a Werner, which in my experience means good quality. My Werner stabilizer fits perfectly. Only negative: The ladder legs are I-beams. The edges of the "I" are not folded over to provide some cover for the sides of the legs (like they do on my older Werner 28"). BEWARE!! Extension ladder

BEWARE! My husband recently fell off this ladder due to the structural integrity of the ladder. He had it extended about 14 ft and it bent in the middle and the foot. He fell on a rock on his back. It is about 20 years old but maybe there needs to be a warning if this happens when it gets older??
