Would RecommendThis ladder was the correct height for my project. It was light weight and sturdy. Easy to move around and extention was a smooth operation. It also had sturdy foot pads with ground anchors when rotated. Great for flat hard surfaces as well as soft ground.

What we didn’t realize was that a damaged ladder had been selected with the rail visibly dented (approx 5-6 in long dent) in 2 places. Called customer service and waited on hold for 45 minutes for resolution which amounted to an offer of $19 refund. (And the explanation that the associate had to talk to 18 customers in 25 minutes) Obviously the ladder is going back & moving forward most purchases will ...
