Would RecommendI love my new char baskets. Fit great in my 22" kettles and cook my food perfectly every time! They also seem to be of excellent quality. Well done, Weber.

Misleading product description
Would Not RecommendI am giving this 1 star solely because of Lowes' poor customer service. I was excited to unbox my Deluxe Kettle but very disappointed that char baskets were not included despite product description and photos clearly saying that they would be. Lowes customer service was poor and kept telling me to either return the grill or call the manufacturer, which I did, to no avail. I have a grill I would like to keep, but feel cheated.
Important for tailgating.
