Would RecommendThis is truly a heavy-duty griddle. We cooked the remaining halves of packages of thick-cut bacon, hotdogs, and three large bratwursts, and there was still plenty of room for burgers, if we had them. The weight is substantial, so wear grill gloves when you install it. Can't wait to do more on it.

Excellent addition to my Genesis
Would RecommendI owned another stand alone griddle and it never performed up to its standards. The cook surface would warp when you put food on to cook. The Weber insert has done very well at everything I have tried. Breakfast to cheesesteaks. Very satisfied.
