good finish and easy to clean
Would RecommendI've used wire mesh baskets in the past and hate having to clean them and they take up too much space. I like the squareness of this one and that it is all stainless steel. It wipe clean easy and sits perfectly on the back corner of my gas grill. It has enough slots to allow flames to kiss the cut peppers and veggies I grill and enough surface to sear/sauté them as well. Easy to move around and sometimes I move them over to the side burner to braise them for a good finish. I enjoy this much...

It is made of heavy gauge steel not flimsy in the slightest. You can pack it high with meterials and not worry about it bending. I've used it on a daily basis. Would buy again.
