What Customers Are Saying
The grill heats up quickly, cooks food evenly, and produces great grill marks and flavor. It is well-built and durable, with easy cleanup. Some minor downsides include the lack of a temperature gauge and the need to preheat the grill for 20-30 minutes. Overall, the grill provides a great grilling experience despite the limitations of electric.

Stood by their product.
I had a problem with my control until on my electric grill. Weber was good to send me a new replacement part for free.

Years of perfection!
I have owned several of the Q2400 electric grill and each has worked astoundingly well. Heats up very quickly and cleans very easy. One of the best products in its field!
