Great BBQ
Would RecommendI have only had it for a month, but so far so good. It is 50 percent more grilling space than my last electric grill, which I had for 18 years. Now I can cook a pizza on the grill again.

Great BBQ
Would RecommendBeen using the Q2400 for about a month now and loving it. It burns much hotter then my previous Q1400, but takes a bit longer to heat up. My only real complaint is the controller is too close to the handle of the BBQ which makes it difficult to remove the controller after use.

Arrived damage
Would Not RecommendUnfortunately I never got the opportunity to use or test the grill itself since my product arrived damaged. I had a 2nd one shipped which was also damaged. I'm still awaiting my refund to this date. Unfortunately the maker of this product is not taking measures to protect the item properly and is being damaged because of such. I have reported this issue to the store and to the maker of the product directly.

Great BBQ
Would RecommendOur condo association banned gas bbq’s on decks so we had to give away our Webber gas bbq. After a lot of research I purchased the Webber Q 2400 Electric grill. It is well built, heats up really well and cooks as well as our old Webber gas bbq. Very happy with it.
