Would RecommendThis is my second Weber 1400. When a gas grill is not allowed, just turn on high for 15 min and you get nice meat char and browning quickly.

Excellent Heating Element
The grill does an excellent job of heating up & gives a real grill taste. I wish it displayed the temperature & the “bowl” under the heating element is difficult to remove for cleaning.

2nd time purchase- still has a few glitches

My third Weber Q1400!
Would RecommendThe grill was so easy to assemble that a child could do it! The element heats up fast, like 10-15 minutes. The safety feature on the cord is new. The only issue I had was that the back of the grill kind of poked 2 holes in the packaging so that those parts were scratched up a bit.

Great electric grill
Would RecommendThis is our 2nd one. First one lasted 13 years. We live in a condo and have to use electric. We really like our grill. Cooks everything efficiently. I would highly recommend this grill. Saw review that when top is opened it tips !!! Maybe it's not put together correctly.

Would Not RecommendWhile the grill heated quickly, and cooked one side of the food perfectly, the element was completely cooled by the time you flipped your food and the other side was still raw even after 5 to 10 minutes. It doesn't matter what heat you set the grill to, how loaded the grill was, or whether the lid was kept down. In addition, the thing is just badly designed.
