Would RecommendI got a bag of these when I bought my Weber Starwood pellet smoker. I started with their recommended mix of pellets, which I thought were good. But thought I should try the hickory as well as I quite a bit of experience with hickory. I was really. pleased to see that the hickory has oak mixed with it. Is a superb blend which I have used on steak, pork chops and burgers. Oak is a wonderful wood to use for smoking, with a lighter smoke, but still just perfect
