Why does Weber make an exclusive grill that so exclusive you can’t even buy it. I’m not sure why we were able to purchase the grill pictured here. After reading the reviews, I see it was sold out by August 6, 2026. I ordered it late August it didn’t say sold out. The day after they delivered the wrong grill, then it said sold out. Never arrived

Like many of the reviews here say good grill just don’t buy from Lowes. The grill was supposed to show up assembled. I tracked the truck on the website. It said I was 13 stops away at 8am. Then it disappeared From the screen about 3pm. No explanation no delivery. Way to go Lowes.

Had it since February, when using you need to be careful because the handle gets very hot!

Gas regulator leaking

I have a gas regulator that keeps leaking. I’ve contacted Weber three times, and they’ve sent me a new one each time, but it still leaks. They won’t refund my money. Don’t waste your money.

Wrong grill - lowes screwed me

Ordered this EP325 and Lowe’s delivered a E325. When I contacted support I was told that they couldn’t do anything except have me return the incorrect grill since the EP325 was out of stock.

I purchased the display model, and the last stealth Weber Spirit grill still left. A big thank you to the Lowe’s in Port Arthur, Tx for making this happen. Aaron and Marina made this a very easy process. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I also purchased the matching Weber Kettle stealth model to match.

Had to replace my older Webber and did not need one that was a large as my previous one. Lowe’s had the perfect one and delivered. Great selection and service.

This grill will last for years

We love this propane grill so far! It comes with instructions and you can scan the QR code to get detailed video instructions with step-by-step on how to put the grill together. The digital thermometer is really nice to have. The three burners are just perfect for what we tend to cook! My husband is the grill master, but I have quickly learned how to manage this grill and easily cook burgers, hotdogs, chicken, etc.! I can see this grill holding up pretty well throughout the years.
