Would RecommendLOWE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY PROCESS IS AWFUL!! we ordered this grill to be delivered and we received an email that it would be delivered.Then, we received an email that we had to pick it up. No explanation, no communication other than an email that you could not respond to. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

Would RecommendMy previous grill needed replacing. This new Weber checks all the boxes of what I was looking for: starts quickly and easily, cooks evenly, keeps things basic (no extra frills) and has parts that are made to last beyond what most competitors offer.

Not too big , not too small
Would RecommendFinally broke down and bought a new grill. Lowe’s saved me by assembling it and delivering. No scratches, no dents, no extra parts . Grill ignites with twist of knob, cooks evenly. Very pleased

I wish it had a door on the back
Would RecommendThe grease pan is very exposed, making it a prime target for our dog (and maybe rodents) so we've been bringing it inside which is not ideal. I wish there was some sort of door to keep it out of reach. Otherwise, works well so far!
