Get some better instructions and maybe put some words on it not just pictures and watch someone put it together so you can see that it isn't physically possible to assemble it in the was the diagram shows!

Would Not RecommendI had been a Weber Genesis Grill owner of over 30 years. I decided to go with the Spirit as my family is smaller now and I didn't think I needed the size of the Genesis. I am very disappointed in the Spirit performance and had I known the difference in the two grills - I would have never bought the Spirit and stayed with the Genesis. When I tried to "trade up" to get a Genesis after only 2 weeks the Weber customer service was unwilling to work with me on trading up or ideas on how to upgrade Spi...

Would RecommendI have not yet had a lot of opportunities to use this grill since purchasing it, so it's tough to give a substantial review. I do like the sear/turbo feature, as many grills just don't get hot enough for a good sear. One feature I would change, is the warming rack above the main grates. I wish the warming rack had just a little more depth.

Would RecommendI wanted the mat black I ordered it and you charged me .. so was kind of forced to buy the black silver .. went into the store the next day to buy a tank and a cover .. didn’t realize the tank didn’t have a gauge so need to get one .. but what made it worse you switched all your floor models to the mat black and have them in stock I don’t understand why my order said sold out .. kind of a bad experience!!
