Would RecommendI was a stick burner purist for years, but the Smoque has definitely changed my mind! I've used mine multiple times a week for several months now and it is by far the favorite of all of my previous units. It'll do anything from an all-day low and slow pork butt to hammering out excellent burgers in no time! If you've been wanting to get into the world of pellet smokers, i would absolutely recommend the Smoque!

Solid construction but inconsistent heat
Would Not RecommendHave had for about a month, and while things come out good, you have to keep a separate thermometer for the smoker temp because it will tell you 250 on the app, and actually be sitting at 300 so it’s very finicky to actually keep where you want it

Would RecommendI’ve had it for about a month and have done a brisket, ribs and a few different pork roasts and all were better than I had hoped for. Easy to build, maybe 30 minutes and easy to use and control with the app. I’d recommend to anyone. Don’t let the smaller size fool you, it can fit a lot.
