Extremely Disappointed
Would Not RecommendExtremely disappointed with my Weber grill and equally disappointed with customer service. The plastic protective layer on the grill was essentially melted on the cover of my grill and the ignition button does not work. I spent $1300 on a grill and immediately had issues. To top it off their customer service team has been zero help. I have reached out multiple times and Weber has done nothing to assist with my issues. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
