Would RecommendThe grill cooks well and heats evenly, but be careful with the drip tray. It comes loose very easily and slides forward, allowing drippings to spill inside the grill and then to the deck or patio below.

Bad experience
We purchased a Genesis Weber grill on line from DC which has been a nightmare. 3 different delivery dates have been cancelled for various reasons on DC’s end. It has also been impossible reaching the manager of the Grill department Twanda and the Supervisor of the store Fetema, We’ve spoken to several employees that said they would put notes on their desk to call us back but return calls have been close to impossible. Hopefully this will reach corporate and call us.
Solid Grill
Would RecommendI have only used the grill a few times, so I cannot comment on reliability. The grill feels solid. The man who delivered the grill was prompt, knowledgeable, and made necessary adjustments. There were a few things the assemblers missed. The battery was inserted backwards, one of the igniters was not snapped in properly, and the temperature gauge was foggy with moisture. Weber customer service was helpful with the gauge. I fixed the igniter and battery. Usage will tell whether it deserves 5 stars...
The purchase of this grill was a horrible experience. I've attempted to contact Lowe's to remedy this situation and have not gotten anywhere. This was our second awful experience with Lowe's. We will never shop here again.
