While the grill itself is fabulous, the experience to pick it up was not. First of all, the pick up was delayed two days from the original pick up date. We were told the reason why was because they do not have anyone available to assemble them on Sundays or Mondays, only Tuesday through Thursday. Disappointed in Lowe’s this time

Ordered the Weber Genesis as a Father’s Day gift . Lowe’s delivered for free, and it was assembled. Weber products have always been great for us. Disappointing was the condition of the grill. The left front door was damaged and severely scratched. The door was unable to attach it to the frame. Obviously this was apparent to the delivery team. They casually set the door against the frame. LP TANK DIFFICULTY

Very difficult to install the propane gas tank into the unit. Have together on your knees and lift a cylinder that weighs about 40 pounds, with one hand and try to maneuver it on to the inside hook.

It is not as easy yo clean as the video shows.

This grill cooks evenly. You can cook many items at the same time. I would buy it again.

Absolutely love this grill! The only thing is it doesn’t have the reader for the propane tank to tell me propane level. Which is slightly frustrating because it wasn’t a cheap grill.

Weber is worth the $

Always balked at price of Weber, but you know what? After buying a new grill every 3-4 years-I realized I was being crazy. Slight glitch, as assembled grill had battery in upside down , so no click when trying to light. Also had to assemble innards for grill-but website chat made that simple. Heats up 50x faster than my 3 charbroils, cooks evenly, and my food was delicious! Cooled down fast, as well.

The only issue I had was related to a larger quick connect then I had on my house. I have been using Weber’s Gas grills for awhile. It would be nice if you supplied a reducer from this quick connect down to what your previous grills needed

I just replaced my 13+ yr old Spirit model due to needing more cooking area and the bottom had rusted out due to me never covering it. My E-415 has been great so far (about a month / 10 uses). I heats fairly quickly and seems to hold temperature well. The grill feels solid, well designed, and well manufactured.
