Would RecommendWe’re very pleased with the hot tub and have enjoyed it very much but unfortunately for some unknown reason it has stopped heating. We have washed replaced the filters but it won’t heat up. Maybe Wave Spa can advise us on the problem

Came with a hole in the bottom and leaks
Would Not RecommendCustomer service for this company is extremely slow and I am very disappointed to find upon first use there is a hole on the bottom and it leaks. It leaked half the water out the first week then we drained it to troubleshoot and make sure the fittings were tight around the motor which they are. Then we found the giant hole the size of a quarter. Do NOT recommend. We haven’t been able to use it in weeks now and waiting to see what this company is gonna do about it.

Pacific hot tub.
Would Not RecommendQuick delivery. easy to set up, thats the positives. Les than two weeks use continual problems with over heating, support is awful they rely on AI chat which is so bad it’s laughable. Can’t speak to anyone, when you finally after 10 days get a response it’s by email you then spend hours and days going backwards and forwards with each time you are told to try something then that doesn’t work.

Love it.
Would RecommendBought this after previous tub developed a split in seam. This tub is fast better quality, a lot more comfortable with padding in floor for seating. Exterior walls have a bit of support in them which gives it more stability. Previous tub kept going soft over time and had to keep inflating it. Like most tubs I would say it comfortably fits 4 adults maybe 6 if you have kids.

Fantastic!
Would RecommendAfter about 6 years of owning the previous model, I decided to upgrade to this newer version complete with the thermal flooring and cover. I used it for the first time last night and I was blown away by the improvements over the previous model: it now has a cushioned seating area in each corner which is fabulous. The new remote means that you don’t have to stand up anymore to see the display or function buttons and the heat didn’t drop at all whilst I was in it for over 45 minutes…..my previous ...

4 Person Hot Tub
Would RecommendI bought the 4 person square hot tub for my husband and me. It's perfect for 2 adults and maybe 2 kids but would be very cosy with 4 adults in it! Overall it's great quality and I love how the motor is built in, so less space needed. The instructions are just ok for the running of it once installed, especially if this is your first hot tub (I've had previous ones). Saying that, I would still recommend this product.

Pacific Review
Would Not RecommendI feel like the Pacific is OK. I like the fact the pump is built into the tub but some of the other features are lacking compaired to a inflatable tub I had in the past. Don't like the fact the inflatable top does not come with the basic unit and that it does not attach to the top cover. I do not like that can not deflate the unit from the pump. That made storage easier.

Wave Pacific Inflatable Hot Tub 4/6 person
Would RecommendI think this is a really good inflatable hot tub. It looks great, the filter works brilliantly, it is a perfect size for smaller gardens although the size really is only suitable for 2 people at the same time. This works fine for us. It is a lot better than other brands we have had in the past.

Great hot tub
Would RecommendVery big and deep looks good really happy with this spa And i like how compact the pump is tucked away and controlled by the remote

No heater light on the control panel
Good overall but very odd and poor that there is no indicator to show whether the heating function is on. I’ve thought it was heating several times and it hasn’t been.
