Ratings & Reviews for Wagner Flexio 2500 Electric Handheld HVLP Paint Sprayer (Compatible with Stains)

See notes above.

Despite the product data stating the unit can spray heavy latex paints it definitely does not. I thinned the paint according to the manufacturer requirements with no improvement. However, it works well for spraying exterior stain, varnish, etc.

This thing clogs extremely fast with thick paint.

Clogs alot. About ever 10 minutes, plan to spend 10 minutes taking it apart to clean it. This doesn't let you get the job done any faster. It will be getting returned.

Bad quality, can't clean, and bad finish

I don't know why this has so many positive reviews. First off it blew up before finishing 24x12 interior.. like less than halfway done. Second, it's not easy to clean and doesn't explain how to efficiently clean it. Third the finish isnt fine AT ALL.

not worth it

Followed set up and prep directions to the letter. Went to test spray on paper and all it did was sputter and spit, attempted adjustments three times and gave up.

Used it once and now it pops the breaker

I used this sprayer one time. Took it apart per the manual's instructions, in order to clean it. Cleaned all of the parts and put it back together. Now, when I plug it in and turn it on, it will run for about 2 seconds and then it trips the breaker on any outlet I plug it into. It shows up in my purchase history, but I cannot find the receipt for it, so it is just a $140 paperweight now.

Excellent product

I purchased this sprayer about a month ago and have been using it basically every day since. It is a very good product that is easy to use, does a great job and easy to clean. It is a very good size, as well.

Good

Useful

Worth every penny

First time using a sprayer. Easy to use and set up. Used way less paint than I planned for. Took tons of prep time and left dust everywhere but this was all expected. Best thing is that my hands and wrists were saved from not rolling for hours. Clean up wasn’t so bad either. I thought it would be more involved and harder to get clean.

Hard to clean. Heavy. Good for small projects.

I like it very well it made the go easy

Using this will cut your paint time by 75%.

Economical, easy to use and very easy to clean.

Poor product. Poor customer service.

I bought this spray painter and it didn't even make it through the first gallon of paint and burned out and stopped working. I tried to return it to Lowes and was told that they couldn't take it back because it was inside 48 hours and that I need to call the manufacturer and handle this myself. I do construction work and probably do $30,000 worth of business with Lowe's every year. I think this is very poor customer service and it'll assure that I won't buy tools from them in the future.

Cuts Time Spent Painting

This made paint soooo much easier. I got through painting in way less time using this sprayer.

The only issue it’s kinda heavy for a 5ft female

It made painting our home easier!

Deck painting project

I bought this sprayer recently to paint a deck and railings. The instructions were clear and the unit performed splendidly. The only difficulty I had was holding it for long periods to spray because it is quite heavy. However, it performed flawlessly and allowed me to finish the job in a short time.

Love it!

There was a learning curve involved for me as I have never used any kind of a paint sprayer before. Once I learned how to use it properly, there was no turning back. This sprayer was a game changer, if it fits your application, I would recommend it all day long. I don’t regret purchasing it for one second!
