Not as off-grid friendly as I hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok I would like to start out that the camera itself is very nice and sturdy. I love the idea of it having a solar panel for solar charging, but it doesn’t last. After about a week I had to recharge the battery with a charging cord. I have a different security camera system at my home and I haven’t had to change the batteries in them yet and it’s been over a year. I also don’t like that you have to have a subscription to even use the cameras at ...

Not a fan of this camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera sensitivity is actually very good and the build quality is excellent. The problem I encountered is the battery. I charged it for a solid 24 hours before I used it and the battery was still saying it was low. If you leave it plugged up inside the house it works fine. I'm on vacation right now and I brought it with me to leave in the hotel room. Works great for that application

Perfect off grid camera

I got this camera to monitor my hunting camp when I am not there. I love the video previews that it shows so you know if you need to request a video or not. I also like the small compact design with built in solar panels so no need for wires. The battery life is great I have yet to need to charge it. This camp has no WiFi so the use of cellular 4G-lte is perfect. I highly recommend.

Great security camera for remote areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are someone that lives in the middle of nowhere this is definitely the security camera for you! It does require a paid subscription to see video/images. Basically, this is a game camera that can also be used for security purposes. Installation was super easy! It’s a very durable camera meant to be outside in all types of weather. The only con is it is bulky and not very attractive to be mounted to your home.

This is not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charging the battery was easy. Other than that it has not really worked. It has been trying to sync with the app on my phone for going on 2 weeks. One of the screws to install had metal in the hole. Do not get this

Great flexibility

I recently received my VKX and got it set up. Initial setup was very simple. Charge the battery, and follow the instructions in the app. It all went off without a hitch. I like the multiple mounting options depending on your needs. After some use I can say very pleased with the camera. Pictures are nice and clear. The on demand pictures are a great feature. Like being able to set up interval pictures or video. Or a hybrid setup which is a mix of the two. Along with normal detections....

Sturdy and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is extremely durable and sturdy. It is large and noticeable so if you’re looking for a discreet camera. This isn’t the one. This will absolutely hold up to extreme weather. The installation process was a breeze. The quality of the captured images and video is excellent. There is a subscription fee but I feel like it is worth it. I will be recommending this brand to my family and friends.

So durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This security camera is heavy and strong I love the solar panel and the different ways to charge and that it uses a c charger. Having it set to standard is great quality of picture even at night. I love the detection picture sending right to my phone. So beautiful.

Awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is used as surveillance on a shed with four wheelers and dirt bikes in it. WiFi from the house doesn't reach so what a great alternative! Pictures are clear and notifications are great! With the solar power it should never need a charge! Setup was super easy on app. Great product!!

Must buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this camera the only thing I suggest is the instructions they should really include a booklet scanning the QR code because they were not clear at all but an hour later being on customer service chat I figured it out. Other than that it works amazing it's durable rugged and very easy to install. It's easy to maintain and works for everything personal security for your home business whatever it is very versatile. I strongly sugg...

Perfect for Security!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for peace of mind and security for your home. Full range motion and easy to assemble. Solar makes it a no brainer and adaptability to access on your cell phone. Durable material for outdoor use.

Quality security camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very well-built, easy-to-install, and use security camera. Installing was a breeze and the picture quality is great. I'm not really into the monthly payments for the LTE network access though. Good for a remote location that can't get wifi I suppose.

Solution parfaite

Beaucoup plus simple et moins cher que les solutions conventionnelles de système de caméra filaire. Panneau solaire inclus donc tout à fait autonome.
