Great product, does what it should

This oven hood range looks super sleek. I like that it has three settings. The highest one is a little loud but that’s to be expected. It does a good job at venting the air out and not leaving such a food smell. It has the option to use motion sensor, which is fun, however I opted to turn that off and was glad that that option existed. The lights are bright as well.

A solid hood on the noisy side

It's a little louder than I had hoped for, but it works very well as described and wasn't difficult to install. I'm just very sensitive to noises and that was my main motivation for replacing. I haven't tried cleaning the grates yet. The matte black finish is really stunning. It's simple design doesn't compete with the rest of the kitchen. The wave to turn on and off is ok. A little gimicky imo.

Well made, efficient

This vent was installed for us by a private professional electrician. It works great and is easy to use. The highest fan setting is a bit loud but the low and medium settings are adequate for all our stove top cooking.

Missing Part

Found a part missing when opened up box to check for all included components. I plan to install with venting through the back (not top). Manual shows that vent ships with top hole covered up, but top hole was open as received. The cover for top hole is not in the box for me to install. In included two pictures, the piece circled in red is missing. As described, it was shipped with top vent open as shown in second picture. Will contact the manufacturer. Just picked it yesterday from Lowes...

I sent an email to Vikio Customer Support with an issue and receive a response with a proposed solution from Ella that same night. Upon providing some additional information regarding the issue a resolution was in my intray the following day. Excellent customer support. I was a bit hesitant reaching out thinking their customer support may be like others, but not the case! They were prompted and attentive to my issue.

Great value

It’s sleek, and pretty quiet at even the highest blower setting. Seems to hold up well to high heat cooking and able to suck up the smoke pretty well. I would say pretty good value and quality for the cost.

Works amazing

It works great when I’m cooking keeping smock and food smell flowing out to the kitchen. I love the light features I’m able to turn them on and it gives me a better view of what I’m cooking, it has becomes definitely a must have.

Perfect under cabinet hood

Glad we had Lowe's Install

We love this new range hood/vent fan. The fan on low is quieter than the old microwave and way more efficient and effective. No more half still venting to the room and up the cabinets. On the Medium and High settings it is not as quiet, but the level of air draw is exceptional. This product is very easy to use and the wave to change is nice for keeping it clean. Good - but not great. Gesture operation is dumb

Reasonable price with a nice feature set (i.e, gesture control, which is pretty cool). BUT - the gesture control works like this: wave you hand and the unit comes on - both fan & lights. You can control the fan with more gestures - but turning it off means you turn on the lights, too. Kinda dumb. I rarely use the fan - but I use the lights every time I cook. And there's no way to gesture-control JUST the lights. I may try to put a smart-plug on it so I can turn the device on with Alexa - bu...

I used Lowes install. The pro really knew his job.

Love the wave your hand to change speeds and turn light on/off. Keeps fingers off stainless steel.

Fine piece of kit!

I like that it had a plug in cord. I had to install an electrical outlet in the cabinet but that's okay because now its not hotwired & I can quickly unplug the unit if need be. It works great! The two lights & fans work well.
