Love the hands free feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to install. You can just do it yourself. The design is aesthetic and good quality. Good performance that it can vacuum the smoke. No need to use your dirty fingers to operate it as it has sensor when you want to use it. Easy to clean too.

I was disappointed with my experience purchasing a kitchen exhaust fan from Lowe's. The original salesperson wasn't available, and the substitute incorrectly told me that the delivery service included installation. When the delivery team arrived, they informed me they only delivered the fan, leaving it sitting on my kitchen floor with no one to install it. Not Impressed

Bought based on reviews and description of being quiet. Not impressed with the removal of odors and it is certainly not quiet. The fan covers are very heavy. The look is sleek and the lighting is good and bright. The hand wave sensors are unnecessary as they are too close together and things switch on that were not intended. Overall, I am not pleased with this item, but I guess it's better than what I had that didn't vent at all.

The kitchen upgrade we didnt know we needed

Even on the lowest setting the fan is noticeably quieter than our old one and provides much better ventilation. The smoke and odors get pulled right into the vent and outside. Great fan , tough installation

Seems to work well , installation was a nightmare , really confusing template , and I’m a really handpy person and have installed many range hoods , quality appears to be top notch , lighting looks amazing , filters seems to allow really good suction , kitchen doesn’t smell even after cooking bacon! Great product, does what it should

This oven hood range looks super sleek. I like that it has three settings. The highest one is a little loud but that’s to be expected. It does a good job at venting the air out and not leaving such a food smell. It has the option to use motion sensor, which is fun, however I opted to turn that off and was glad that that option existed. The lights are bright as well.

A solid hood on the noisy side

It's a little louder than I had hoped for, but it works very well as described and wasn't difficult to install. I'm just very sensitive to noises and that was my main motivation for replacing. I haven't tried cleaning the grates yet. The matte black finish is really stunning. It's simple design doesn't compete with the rest of the kitchen. The wave to turn on and off is ok. A little gimicky imo.

Missing Part

Found a part missing when opened up box to check for all included components. I plan to install with venting through the back (not top). Manual shows that vent ships with top hole covered up, but top hole was open as received. The cover for top hole is not in the box for me to install. In included two pictures, the piece circled in red is missing. As described, it was shipped with top vent open as shown in second picture. Will contact the manufacturer. Just picked it yesterday from Lowes...

I sent an email to Vikio Customer Support with an issue and receive a response with a proposed solution from Ella that same night. Upon providing some additional information regarding the issue a resolution was in my intray the following day. Excellent customer support. I was a bit hesitant reaching out thinking their customer support may be like others, but not the case! They were prompted and attentive to my issue.

Great value

It’s sleek, and pretty quiet at even the highest blower setting. Seems to hold up well to high heat cooking and able to suck up the smoke pretty well. I would say pretty good value and quality for the cost.
