Ratings & Reviews for VIKIO 30 inch Ducted 300-CFM Recirculating Stainless steel Under Cabinet Range Hood

Love it

I got this and everything was great but then after about 2 months the fan stopped working. I emailed them and within the same week Vivi sent a unit and got the second one installed. GREAT customer service!

Great look

Bought two of these. One came dented and one didn’t. It was easy to install and looks good. Will have to get a replacement for the one that was dented.

Im happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with how easy it was to install. I'm glad my husband was with me but I feel like this was doable on my own if needed. I love the slimmer profile, even if that means I need to touch up my walls. The fan is quiter than my last one, but it is still noticeable. I don't mind it though. The light works well and it blends into my other appliances perfectly.

Happy with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with the MY STORE range hood in stainless steel. It was very easy to install, it did not take long at all. The fan on it works perfectly.

Great performance, easy setu, useful features, and a clean modern design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with this range hood. The performance is great and it does a good job removing smoke, steam, and cooking odors from the kitchen. The setup was straightforward, and the controls and features are easy to use. I also really like the clean modern, design and how well it fits into the kitchen. It’s comfortable to use every day and works exactly as expected!

Convertible - Use with/without outdoor ventilation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently gifted the VIKIO 300 CFM Under-Cabinet Range Hood free in exchange for my review. Living in a hundred-year-old farmhouse sometimes means finding products that work with the home instead of ones that require major changes before you're ready for your next phase in home remodeling. Since my kitchen doesn't have exterior ductwork, I really appreciate the versatility of this model and that it can be installed with top or rear ven...

Great Customer Service

I needed the assistance of the customer service and Yuki was very helpful in resolving the problem

Easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this VIKIO Undermounted Range Hood from Influenster for testing purposes in exchange for my honest review. My husband said this was the easiest thing that he’s installed in our household. The stainless steel finish really adds a nice touch to the rest of our appliances in our kitchen. Although, where the manufacturer cut the packaging tape on the top of the range hood, they left a scratch on each side. This range hood is much quieter...

Compact, does the job, easy to clean and great for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for about a month and I'm really happy with it. For the size it pulls really well clears smoke and cooking smells in a couple of minutes. Filters pop out easily and are dishwasher safe, stainless steel wipes clean in seconds. Lights are bright and actually useful. A bit loud on high, but on 1-2 it's totally fine. Great value for the money.

Never delivered

Product was never delivered. After several calls to report nothing ever happened and no credit was ever received.

Good customer service

I had an issue with the fan that was addressed quickly by the company. Very good customer service.

Great strength

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range hood was easy to install. It isn’t heavy and comes with easy to install instructions. It is industrial strength but isn’t very loud. It looks great above the oven!

Quiet Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to receive a complimentary My Store 300 CFM Convertible Under Cabinet Range Hood in Stainless Steel. The range hood is well put together however the instructions on how to put it together are unclear and not user friendly. The range hood also did not it come with a plug so you have to make sure to get one prior to installation. The light is good and the fan is on the quieter side. All in all if you’re looking for an econom...

Very light weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hood range is so slim and lightweight. It’s called a 2 way because you don’t need to make a whole in the roof for ventilation. I did have to get an electrician to install it. I love that the fan has two modes and that it came with replacement filters

Have to purchase a plug, but it works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation requires you to buy a plug. It should come with a plug and if you need to tie it into your electric you can cut it yourself. The vent is a little bit quieter than my previous builder grade ventahood. It seems to work well, and it looks very sleek.

Awesome range hood!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Vikio Home 300 CFM Convertible Under Cabinet Range Hood in Stainless Steel with LED free to try for my honest opinion. I am really happy with this range hood! It has a clean, modern look and instantly made my kitchen look more updated. Installation was straightforward, and I love that it has bright LED lights and a surprisingly quiet fan that still does a great job pulling out smoke and cooking odors. The washable filter is easy to r...
