Ratings & Reviews for VIGO Gramercy Chrome Single Handle Deck-mount Commercial Pull down

Good but not great

Overall, this is an okay faucet for a kitchen, but it does not have a sprayer option and the way the hose retracts back doesn't allow it to connect back all the way so it sort of hangs unless you physically push it all the way back up. This is caused by a tight connection and double o-rings.

We got about a month ago. I did the installation myself, the instructions were clear and easy to follow! We loved the pack out, it looked like gettin jewelry! Congratulations, keep up the good work!!!

Touchless is wonderful

My wife loves it. Especially the touchless feature

Beautiful in every detail

Beautiful, love the texture on the pull down, love that it is all metal. We needed to install sideways due to short space and still looks awesome.

I wish that the pull-down holes on my faucet had a sprayer. It does not. That's one thing I don't li

I've had the faucet for about 6 weeks now. And over all most of it, I really like

Great faucet

Just installed in our new kitchen. So far so good. Love the touchless sensor feature.

Great faucet

Bought the matte black gramercy, love the modern minimalistic look, easy to install, beautiful finish and smooth operation

Love the look, heavy duty and it’s functional.

This is our second one. The first one we purchased was a holdover until our Brizzo arrived with our new kitchen remodel. We then took it to our cottage and installed it. We have poor water there so we’re assuming something happened to the faucet with our bad water. It basically stopped working. This is our second one we shall see, but we do love it. I bought a cheaper one in between but it had a plastic spray nozzle, I sent that right back.

Affordable, high quality and pizzaz!

Our leaky, contractor grade faucet never looked right. We saw this beauty, we saw its solid construction, and installed it easily. Great upgrade that we are thoroughly happy with!

Sturdy product

I’ve only had this product about 1 month but everything is working properly

Great Product!

Good product. Color is great and always looks clean. Doesn't have the shower option but I'm not going to complain. Works well!

Very Sleek

Really nice quality and looks. Wish it had a sprayer option, but not that important.

Handle broke

Nice sink but handle broke after less than 3 years. Hoping to replace just the handle without having to purchase an entirely new faucet. Can you please assist?

Laundry room beauty

Purchase this over a year ago and finally installed in our new laundry room remodel. Beautiful and perfect for that contemporary farm look. Easy to install and my general contractor team/plumber love the look. Works well

4/5 stars

Beautiful and well built faucet. My only criticism is that there’s no spray function on the nozzle.

Beautiful & Perfectly Designed Kitchen Faucet

I bought this kitchen faucet in stainless steel decor for my house in Tennessee. When I moved to Florida the first thing I did was buy one for my New Build. I took out the new one that came with the house. It has small footprint and no spray all ove the place. Contemporary design but goes well with farmhouse and modern design decor.. I bought the black this time. Love it!

Big improvement!

I love this faucet. The old Moen was small and had no pull out feature. Now I can spray my double sinks with ease and fill up my large Brita water filter without having to drop it into the sink. Awesome product and it looks very sleek and modern!
