Good trap,for one single use, the mechanism gets loose after testing it, the trigger doesn’t work properly , you have to work with it Very Carefully. At the end it works. This goes for the big ones . The little ones are great easy setting and performance , no issues at all.

Would RecommendBefore this purchase I bought a 2 pack of plastic ones. I ended up having to finish off 2 out of 3 mice, so I went back to the old school wooden ones. These cleanly & quickly kill. Each mouse that comes to it is caught. The trigger is very sensitive.

Get rid of the Plastic on yout Mouse Traps
Would Not RecommendAhhh Man they had a great Mouse Trap, then they put the Plastic pad on it, as I was walking away after setting the Trap it tripped...not once but 3 times. The Plastic where the metal rod rests is way to smooth, and the Plastic part when it is set looks like it's being launched to the Moon. Luckily after an hour hunt I found an oldstyle Victor Mouse trap, set it up and walked away, then found the interloper firmly attached to my old Victor trap.

IT's the fall invasion of mice and the traps were durable and 3 of the 4 purchased were perfect. One was not sensitive enough and the mice got a snack, but we are mouse-free now. I;m saving them for the next time I need them.

Shoddy construction
Would Not RecommendThese mousetraps may have a wide pedal on them, but they are poorly constructed compared to the old type traps with a smaller platform on which to place bait. One of the traps blew itself apart before i even got it situated to do its job. The anchors holding the platform dislodged. The remaing trap failed on several occasions to catch a mouse, even when discharged.
