Would Not RecommendAll in all,not a bad product, especially for the price. Have it on deck, mounted in some cement filled flower pots. 60 mph winds tried to move it, but it stood up to the test. However, if there were some cross beams to limit the shaking. It would be better.

Patch job passed quality control?
Would Not RecommendOur pergola arrived yesterday and I unboxed today. I just got done unwrapping all the pieces and noticed an odd "patch" that looks like it's rusting. There was no damage to the packing material/box so this is the quality that was allowed to leave their assembly plant. No quality control department apparently. We will be returning!

Good for the price
Would RecommendLooked great when up. Directions a little hard to follow and online video not quite accurate either.

Poor construction and design
Would Not RecommendI had this up for 3 weeks, after the first heavy rain it collapsed due to the weight of the water gathering in canopy. it didn't matter if closed or open, if you aren't around to constantly drain the water it will fail.
Great while it lasted!
Would Not RecommendThis was a great solution to giving some shade to our patio, and lasted just over a year (we took the retractable shade off for MN winter). Today we had a pop-up absolute downpour and my husband had left the tarp open. Unfortunately, he remembered too late and came back to twisted crumpled metal and screws that pulled out of the warped post holes. There is definitely no fixing it in the state it's in.
Great product great value
