Didn’t Block or Seal anything.
Would Not RecommendBought this thinking it was the best option for the job. Since our Lowe’s doesn’t carry Kilz. We had a few drywall stains needing coverage and to seal some old paint that kept lifting. This didn’t help or remedy either of those things. After 3 coats stains are still showing through and paint is still lifting.

Would RecommendIt brushes on thick enough to cover. It isn't quite as chalky as some primers which keeps it from sanding as smooth before painting. But I still got a good final coat.
