3 coats later & still bleeding through the primer.
Would Not RecommendI have always used BIN for my walls, but decided to try the valspar, omg! 3 coats and the brown is still bleeding through this stuff. I sanded & washed my paneling down 3 times, before starting this process. I’ve never dealt with a primer that just won’t stop the bleed. 30 bucks wasted. Back to BIN for me.
