What Customers Are Saying
The Valspar Duramax Exterior Paint & Primer offers excellent coverage and durability. Customers reported that it required only one coat to achieve full coverage, even over darker colors. The paint was described as going on smoothly with a thick, even consistency that was easy to apply. Most customers were very satisfied with the vibrant, long-lasting finish. However, some experienced issues with the paint taking longer than expected to fully dry or feeling tacky even after several days. A small number also reported premature peeling or fading.

Warped
Would Not RecommendWe purchased 5, 5 gallons of this paint in the color Ocean Storm in April 2023. Half the siding has since warped and we just had to have it replaced. The specifications for this plant & color said it was for use on vinyl. Very frustrating.

Great Paint Bad Service
Would Not RecommendBe careful buying paint at Lowes! I bought 15 Gallons and the last five gallons did not match the first 10, It was a little darker. Lowes would not do anything about it. I do a great deal of shopping at Lowes but I will never enter the store again. Keith Blackwood

Would RecommendSpraying a shed with this paint and it is laying down nicely. Dried solid and has the perfect sheen.
