3 separate timers all failed

I tried to use this timer with a recirc pump (very low amperage). It was to come on 7 times a day for anywhere from 5 -10 minutes. All 3 failed within the first day of use. It cannot be trusted.

Trash, only lasts a few months at best.

They are relatively difficult to program but that is the least of it's problems. Unfortunately I purchased 2 of these about 3 months ago. They both worked ok for a little while. The first died after a month. The second after 3 months. These were lightly loaded with a single lamp on each one. On both display looks fine but switching is stuck off. I tried reset and reprogram but it is still stuck off. Manual switch doesn't work either. Garbage!

Perfect little timer

Some of the reviews here comment on the difficulty of programming this device. I had no issue following the instructions and getting it set up. Unit can run up to 16 separate programs (a program being one on-off sequence). They do recommend plugging it into an outlet for 30 minutes or so to charge the internal battery before trying to program it. The display on ours was slightly off-kilter when I went to program it (some of the LCD elements weren't working properly) but hitting the reset button ...

Disappointed

The timer did not work. It would not turn on when it was set for a certain time/date. I read the instructions several times to make sure I was setting the timer correctly, but the instructions were not really user friendly, confusing at times.

It works but ...

The instructions say to plug it in and charge the internal battery for 30 minutes. I did that and it barely had enough of a charge to set it. I did get it set and it turned lights on and off at the times I set. Then I left it plugged in for more than a week and Daylight Saving Time came so I needed to change the time. Nice digital timer

I used to have a timer for my lights connected to my alarm system and since we've moved, I needed one to turn little things on and off without moving furniture. This does the trick!

The ease of programming this timer along with the two outlet capability was the major reasons for my purchase of this product.

Do Not Purchase

I purchased one of the units and within two days it had tripped, clearing all settings. This continued so I returned it and exchanged it for a new one. I experienced exactly the same issues with this one. I went online and found a different heavy duty model for less money that works. I don't understand why this unit is still being sold.

Useless

I can follow directions, and did. Several times. The clock still refuses to budge from the time I set it.

OK timer.

Bought 2 of these timers. Had to return 1 for an exchange within 2 weeks. It just quit turning off and on. Kind of a big deal when that is what you buy them for. No problem so far with the 2nd one or the new one. You are kind of stuck when looking for a grounded digital timer, but this one works ok.

Great timer

Good timer , accurate and easy to program. Also handy for Christmas decorations because it has 2 outlets.

Timer on Hyperdrive

Bought this to shut off our Bunn coffee maker at work. The timer runs fast. Had it set to shut off @ 6:00PM and the timer was so fast that at 1:00 PM it ready nearly 10:00 (time for bed!!) As others have mentioned everything was blinking so fast if you didn't have the directions memorized or ready far enough ahead the setting mode times out and you have to keep staring over. Disappointing poor quality! Note to self...read reviews before purchasing!

Digital headache

I had to reset the device to accept the desired input; however, I did get it to function. No as intuitive as other timers i have bought from Lowes.

Great Product

Was looking for a multiple outlet timer to control two sets of lights and this fits the bill. Easy to set time and hours of operation.
