Would RecommendThese mounts are substantially beefier, then the older version of the Utilitech #0480746 wall mount. This thing feels beefy, even though it only requires mounting on a single stud, and is very easy to install. But what really impress me was that the bolts and spacers were included to mount the Samsung TVs required number #8 25mm bolts, by using the included 30mm bolt and a 5mm spacer. The hinges are also snug, so you don’t experience any slop as you move it.

Would RecommendInstructions were pretty awful but overall great product. It is sturdy with no concerns about coming off of the wall after attaching to a stud with the included bolts. Pulls all of the way away from the wall (about 2-2.5 feet) and makes accessing the rear of the TV convenient.

I ordered this item online from Lowes on 12/9/2023 and received it today. I could see right away it had been previously returned. This was confirmed when I open the box and saw that the mount itself was out of its plastic packaging. There were parts missing as well as the installation instructions. I returned it to my local Lowes and was refunded everything except the shipping fee which added to my aggravation. Lowes shipped unsalable merchandise to me, yet I was forced to eat the shipping charg...
