Ratings & Reviews for Utilitech 7500 -Lumens Halogen Plug in Stand Work Light

Cheaply made, disappointing product

We wanted to return this product however the packaging got tossed so we're stuck with it. The manufacturing is of inconsistent quailty. One lamp we nearly broke following the instructions on how to open it up and install the halogen bulb. All fittings on both light housings were of poor tolerances (loose). Finally, the heat coming off the bulbs is extreme. Now if you need lights to heat your workspace it'll be a great substitute for a space heater. In Florida it's a quite a liability!

Great for daughter's birthday and sleepover party

Needed lighting for back yard during party at night with bouncy house. This light was more than adequate and bulbs adjust and swivel for easy positioning.

light stand

This light stand is the best I ever had .It is sturdy and does the job.

Works great only down fall is the height. It does not extend very high. The lamp also throws of a lot of heat.

Intense Lighting

This work light is very flexible. It adjusts height and lights are moveable. It's light weight makes it easy to move around to any work location, whether I'm in the garage or doing work in the house. My wife uses it to provide vibrant lighting when she taking pictures to sell items on line. A very useful light and would recommend to anyone.

Great light

The light is super for the job site. Easily adjustable and sturdy, but not too heavy.

Very bright

They tend to run a little hot but good light output for a great price. Great product.

Great Light!

I've had this light for about a month and have used it a handful of times. The lights do heat up a small space quickly but that is to be expected. I would definitely buy again.

Lights! Camera! Action!

Used this bad boy after my office lights went out. Had some filming to do, me and the ladies were very pleased with the angles of the light, plus there’s two of them so you can totally light up a whole room. Only downside, when your working up a sweat indoors this work light really brings some extra heat to whatever your doing. Anyway the girls say the lighting made them look great on the camera! So no complaints there.

Decent budget light

A good work light for someone who just needs something basic. It does get hot when running and isn't made to the best standard but works well overall.

Broken Bulb

Purchased this light based upon the good reviews. After pulling it out of the box and looking it over in the store, everything looked good. Unfortunately, you cannot inspect the actual bulbs until you disassemble the light unit, and take the bulbs out of their individual boxes. After taking the housing apart to access the bulbs, one of mine was snapped in half. This was not due to poor handling of the unit, this had to have left the manufacturer broken. Returning it for a Craftsman light.
