What Customers Are Saying
The digital timer has a large display and dual outlets, which some users found to be useful features. However, many customers reported issues with programming the timer, describing the instructions as unclear and the device as difficult and complicated to set up. Several users experienced problems with the timer resetting, losing time, or randomly turning on and off, leading some to return or replace the product. While a small subset of customers were able to successfully program the timer and found it to be a capable and flexible device, the overall consensus is that the product is unreliable for many users.

Would Not RecommendThe fact that the prior state of the Mode switch determines the behavior of the timer after the user puts it into Auto mode is a flaw.
Light on light off
Would RecommendI had the older model of this timer, and it lasted approx. 10 years. Took some time to learn due to less buttons and the ones combined function. Whole lot simpler, works like a champ!

Worse Instructions Ever
Would Not RecommendProduct works well but loses time (not a lot, 10 minutes in 3 months). Instructions are convoluted & very tricky. Lose them & you’re screwed. Cannot find them on the internet. Buy some other product!

Tech expert needed
Very difficult to set the times. You need to be a tech expert to be able to figure out how to use this. It is unnecessarily complicated. It might be useful if you want the timer to come in at a different time every day. I followed the directions and it took me about 2 hours to set it.

Models
Would RecommendThese seem to work. BUT In the row these items were back to back and higher up on the shelves, however, 2 different models. So I had to figure out how to set the times with 2 different instructions. These were not the same instructions.

Much Better than I Anticipated
Would RecommendIn reading the reviews of this timer, I was expecting it to be hard/confusing to program. The instructions were relatively easy to follow and I had no issues. One thing to note, I was programming the unit during a time that where the lights should have been 'on' they did not immediately come on. I left it to sit until the next cycle started and they did turn on/off at the programmed times.
Light timer
Would RecommendSet up was confusing, but once done, the timer works very well

Don't Buy
Would Not RecommendThis is a terrible, way too complicated timer for a simple product that turns lights on and off. Cannot be used with a typical table lamp as the lamp plug must be a 3-prong. Programming is much too difficult and confusing. Product will be returned for a refund.
