Would RecommendI would've given this a 5 star, as soon as plugged in, it makes a nonstop noise, I've never heard from any fan before. I'm hoping I can ignore it, since is on my bathroom vanity, which is very small. Otherwise, I may buy a 2nd one to see if it's a "normal" noise. I like that you can 1. Plug into outlet or 2. Use USB port to charge. Can't beat the cost of $12.99.

Would RecommendGreat design. I bought these to keep in our camper. I like that they can be powered by usb, or regular plug. You can sit these on a counter top, or clip them to something using the heavy duty clip.
